2025 - Foundation & Regulatory

  • Finalize legal framework for tokenised real estate funds
  • Build and test tokenisation engine (ERC-3643 compliant)
  • Complete KYC/AML module with automated onboarding
  • Launch investor dashboard (beta)
  • Partner with 2–3 off-plan developers in Dubai
  • Structure and tokenize multiple Real Estate funds

Phase - 02

2026 - Product Release & Fund Launches

  •  Launch tokenised crowdfunding marketplace (MVP)
  • Onboard initial investors (expats, Web3 community, small groups)
  • Launch first two Off-Plan and Pre-Build Development Funds
  • Smart contracts audited & live (fund management + compliance)
  • Roll out asset manager dashboard for real estate developers

Phase - 03

2027 - Scaling, Expansion & Institutional Entry

  • Expand beyond UAE (target other GCC regions like Bahrain, Saudi, Oman)
  • Launch full Proptle 2.0 platform with multi-jurisdictional support
  • AI-powered predictive analytics for asset selection
  • Add new property verticals: commercial, hospitality, co-living, etc.
